Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in South Dundas

First time trying this restaurant and was left almost angry w the customer service . I seen fried vegetables were offered but were not offered on mine ,which was what I wanted? I explained,I had never been and was unsure what came w the order (as several times she said this or that topping was extra , I said I just want what it comes with it, and mild salsa , the clerk dumped sone unappealing green sauce( that said is jalapeño sauce). The clerk kept saying everything ilwith was extra and I didn't want a 20$ burrito. I also found it extremely hard to understand the clerk as ESL add a mask while mumbling made the situation harder then needed.i also didn't like the sauce it was way to hot , when I mentioned that she said i asked for medium. ...

We stopped at this Quesada restaurant on our way to Canada Upper Village for the PumpkInferno event. The food was really good. The owners were supper friendly and attentive. They make us feel appreciated and they surprise us with a nice gesture sharing some delicious churros for the entire family at the end of our meal. What a difference from other places . The way they treat their customers is something you don't see anymore or frequently. Definitely next time we are around we will stop there again. Support your local business they are the heart of your community. Thank you for a enjoyable family meal...

They accepted my online order only to call me right before we were to pick up our order to say they were unable to complete my 2 item order. They couldn't even complete an online refund and they also kept the forced 2$ tip. My order was 47.60$ and they only refunded 45.60$. I have never been so disappointed with a business as I was tonight. I know it's just 2$ but I work hard...
