IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES, DON'T COME HERE. Witnessed the employees attempt to lie to a customer because they were out of an ingredient and were just going to make the item without it or just put in something random because "the customer wouldn't know" all because they didn't want to give a refund. One employee RIGHTFULLY stood up to this saying he wasn't comfortable lying about it, another employee stood right there in front of the customer (and the rest of us in the lobby) and straight up lectured him about how to lie about it so they wouldn't have to refund, he refused and did the right thing (and an EXCELLENT job at that) of managing the situation by simply talking to the customer to see what ingredient he would like to have instead (or give him a refund if he wanted), he even had to speak over the employee who lectured him in front of us because she kept trying to interrupt and tell him what the customer wanted, in front of him! I don't think she even looked at him once. Meanwhile other staff members stood there snickering and laughing when that employee had his back turned, they tried to hide it but this ALL happened in full view of the lobby.
This amazing employee knew exactly how to make this item the best it could be but the manager kept telling him to put in something else. If this was a friend of mine who ordered this item, she'd be lucky not to die of anaphylaxis on the way to the hospital because of what the manager and other employees did.
The manager then "rewarded" that employee by sending him home early, probably reprimanding him in the back as she followed him out. Meanwhile the rest of the staff in FOH and BOH continued to laugh about it. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
I wish I caught the name of the good employee so I could compliment him further on other actions I saw. If you see this my man, that that employee did didn't just go against foodsafe practices but also bullying and harassment. Get out of there and work at a restaurant. You already have the customer service part down to be a server AND you will make more money. Best of luck dude. Wish I had a restaurant for you to work in.
Manager continued to refuse further refunds because she kept forgetting to apply the "buy gas, get discount" promotion and claimed she couldn't do any refunds. I watched multiple people show their gas receipts and the manager press buttons, but nothing came up on the screen nor any of the receipts that I could see. Another customer noticed this as well and waited at the counter to ask someone about it, it was quite obvious that she was being ignored on purpose. When the manager finally talked to her, manager claimed she couldn't do refunds and tried to give her some muffins that were left in the display instead. Thank god she didn't take them because all those flies swarming around the front got to them first. I wouldn't be surprised if you looked at all the sales receipts for the day and none of them have the discount applied.
That first employee who lectured the good guy looked like she was pushing that manager around. I wonder if it was that rude employee who was calling the shots the whole time. Cameras would have caught the whole thing if upper...

Owners, I hope you care a little more on training the staff to handle how to make simple McDonald's food as per guideline.
Corporate: follow up with this franchise. Remove the franchise. It's disgusting. The owner of this franchise just don't care and want to minimize losses even at peak dining hours.
Staff: listen, read, watch, use your common sense
FOOD was bad. I'd rather cook my own frozen meal than being served bad food.
BURNT COLD MCCHICKEN. We were served burnt cold mcchicken patty. Had to ask to get a new one waiting 10 minutes for a fresh fried chicken patty. It's lunch time, it's supposed to be already there. Why would the staff serve burnt food? There were 3 customers in the restaurant. Everything is automated.
DRY COLD MCFISH. Mcfish bun was so dry and fried fish was cold. Staff should follow how to make food correctly. Bun was overcooked in the microwave. It shrank so much
FLIES EVERYWHERE. Lots of flies in the eating area. How could this happen in this small restaurant. The toilets are outside the eating area. It must be poorly maintained in the kitchen area

She was exceptionally cold and terse with both her reception and presentation as well as conversely. Bordering rude!!!
