This is a late entry but I just wanted to touch on a delivery experience we had last Saturday, March 21st. We live in the middle of nowhere about 20 mins. from Glencoe and most establishments will not deliver to our location - so we were surprised to learn the Glencoe Godfather's Pizza would deliver to us! After clarifying our address with the young man on the phone, he said we would receive our pizza in about 45 mins. which was no problem. After a good hour, we still hadn't received anything. The man delivering (I'm not sure his name!) called and stated he was having a hard time finding our address as there is a road with a similar name near Wardsville. After attempting to explain our address in even more detail to assist him, he stated he would keep trying. Another hour went by and we were giving up hope that he would find us. My boyfriend had even started to make dinner - that is, until the delivery man showed up with our order in hand! The pizza was still hot even after a 2 hour journey, and the man apologized profusely - even though we felt like we needed to apologize to him for being out in the middle of nowhere! We felt so bad he had trekked all this way just to drive around in circles for 2 hours as his GPS was leading him to the wrong address. Needless to say, we were both dumbfounded by his perseverance and I felt compelled to commend him publicly. So THANK YOU!!!! I almost NEVER write reviews, but this man needs to be recognized for his kindness and unwavering dedication. We will definitely be ordering from here again - but maybe next time we...

Last week, we (the official government of Ethiopia) invited the prince of Saudi Arabia for a diplomatic visit. Although we planned to have a fancy dinner for the prince when he arrived, nothing in our cook's pantry seemed fancy enough... For a moment we were quite worried that the prince would be disappointed with our welcome meal and not want to do business with our country.
That was when we heard about Godfather's Pizza in Glencoe. The Canadian ambassador to Ethiopia was talking about the best pizza restaurants he had ever visited, and he mentioned this one as his #1 favourite.
So, upon his recommendation, we called this restaurant and ordered 3 pizzas. The cashier that answered the phone was very polite, and although they didn't have any rhinoceros meat to put on the pizzas, they said they could very easily put pepperoni meat on.
Although they don't normally do international pizza deliveries, they still sent one of their workers to drive the pizzas to Ethiopia. That is true dedication to customer service. (Amazingly, the pizzas were still warm!)
All in all, the diplomatic meeting was a success; the prince agreed to sign a free trade agreement with the government of Ethiopia, and he LOVED the pizza! Maybe he will stop by here for a visit some day...
The Government of Ethiopia formally thanks Godfather's Pizza in Glencoe for their amazing service and wonderful pizza!

Read moreCalled to order pizza. Person who answered the phone immediately put me on hold. 7:42 seconds later no one had answered the phone. So I drove up, went in the store. Three employee working. Not one acknowledged me when I walked in. When one finally did approach she asked how she could help. I showed her the phone and stated that I was actually still on hold and decided to drive up she apologized. I then asked for the managers information and I was told that she could not provide me that information. I said I don’t require her number, just her name. She again said, I was told by the manager not to give out her name or information. She said she will be in tomorrow though. I purchased my pizza and left. The employee was very apologetic and saved the sale. She was clearly not the one that answered the phone. But being out on hold and having to drive up to order your pizza is not very...
