Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Southwest Middlesex

This is the 3rd time in 3 weeks that I have gone to the drive thru and asked for a turkey bacon club or a ham and cheddar sandwich. The previous 2 visits they could not make either sandwich for me. 2 nights ago I went through the drive thru and I even called ahead to see if they had the turkey bacon club, they did and I was so happy to be finally having what should be a really great snadwich. I was looking so forward to it after getting off the train. I ordered my sandwich through the drive thru and asked for it to be double toasted . I paid, my boyfriend proceeded to drive away while I looked at my sandwich and it was completely burnt .. I mean blacker then black. This was totally unnaceptable and should not have been served, in fact it should have been thrown out with an apology from the employee and another sandwich should have been made without me having to walk back up to the drive thru window (door to restaurant was locked at 8:45 pm). I gave back the sandwich and they made me another one.. I opened the sandwich (whilst still standing in the drive thru lineup), and this sandwich was no better. I attempted to knock on the window to get the employees attention and was completely ignored. After standing there for a good 5 minutes with no one coming to the window, and now 2 cars in the drive thru, I am clearly more then annoyed. I threw my sandwich in the drive thru lane and left annoyed and still hungry. I have attempted several times to contact the store and everytime it goes to an answering machine that I can not leave a message on. All in all I will never go to that Tim Hortons and I suggest that NO ONE...

Fun story…

This one time I drove from London to Glencoe to pick up. Free shelf on FB market place. I originally thought that the add said Belmont ( a sensible 17 min drive from London) but I was wrong and it was Glencoe. Regardless I’m. Man of word so I made the trip out to pick it up in Glencoe.

Now. Due to the fact that I’m a city-idiot I figured I’d roll into Glencoe with 5km of gas left cause gas would be cheaper out of London. Well I was right it was cheaper but the gas station was closed and had to call for a friend to come from mount brydges to grab a jerry can and bail my dumb a** out.

Yeah yeah I’m getting to the point.

So I was very thankful that Tim Hortens was still open. I met the lovely Kayla( I hope I got that right… clearly I’m about as smart as a wet phone book ) she’s was working with another person who I didn’t chat with but they were both professional, warm hearted and genuine. Among so many other 10/10 / 100% positive personality traits that such an establishment should be honoured privileged and lucky to have on the team…. These lovely people are the backbone of society and deserve only the best. Also Kayla made me her favorite drink which I ordered with complete faith. It’s hands down the best Tim Hortens cold drink I have ever had. I for get the name but I highly advise visiting the Glencoe Tim Hortens to try it for yourself ( see in store for details while quantities last)

02/29/21 We arrived at the drive through at 11:59. There was only 2 other vehicles ahead of us and they had already placed their orders. We were told that we had to wait for them to close off a til. We were the only car in the drive through and after several minutes another car arrived. We watied a couple more mintues and much to our sruprise, they took the other patron's order first. When we got to the pickup window, my hisband made a comment about it being a weird time to close a til, we were told that they close off the til every day at noon. What restaurant business schedules this at noon??? He then made a remark about the fact they took the other cusotmer's order first they just said they didn't know.
