Grilled Cheese was burnt on the edges and they are too cheap not to use processed cheese. Food was meh. Waiter was rude and condescending- is it because my husband is chinese? She was awful, she was even saying out loud how she didn't want to take any more customers in and shut off the light at the front. I began to tell her my order and she said "wait I'm not done" in a tone of a teenager who doesn't want to talk to her parents with a smirk and I found it condescending because I couldn't even finish the sentence- just be patient. Ive never seen a waitress add up my order at the front of a restaurant. She wouldn't survive in a restaurant that requires you to be on the ball and there weren't many customers. She's too soft if she can't even handle this small amount of customers on a civic holiday. I'd love to send her to a Chinese factory and see how long she would last. Not long- too soft. Also those nose chains don't impress me or surprise me, maybe a tattoo across your face? Actively complaining about customers walking in. I wasn't sad but just like wow embarrassing. Local diner Passing through town and needed something to eat. Had the smorgasbord that they highly recommended, but was disappointment. Many seniors showed up to pony up to the trough , but I guess my standards were higher.
