Bought a sub last September, when I when to eat it 5 mins later it was raw dough and mushy. Employee was rude too and that's all subway cares about. Not that I paid 20 bucks for chicken rancher that i was not eaten. Send pictures in when store wouldnt help. They just ignore me, been going on fornalkost a year.... I get not batting 100 in fast food is common but if it was Tim's McDonald's Wendy's who ever would have made it right with out question... subway this is very disappointing. I've attached pictures, my thumb went through the bread and its gooey....

A 6 star for service. Friendly, fast, efficient and patient A Steak and Cheese with all my fixins. Delicious and definitely a come back. That Bourbon BBQ sauce was a nice extra. Open till 10 and made it. Clean and still well stocked considering 30 minutes to close.

The gentleman that waited on us tonight was fabulous and friendly. Even though he said he had been working fir subway for over a year he was unsure of what went into a chicken pizzeola sub. Now his partner Jen was very cold and rude. There was a line up of people behind us and instead of helping her partner she took time to play with sorting money. Ok your out of 5's...deal with it and move your butt. Noooooo let's have this poor guy get behind and overwhelmed, not to mention let our toasted subs go cold!!!! When I asked the guy if my sub was cold he actuslly checked the temperature with his bare fore arm!! By this point I was done. If this "Jen" doesn't like her job...get a new one. Customers deserve respect. I worked at that same subway years ago. There is NO EXCUSE and I just threw my sub in the garage....

Subway is always in my top favorite's but the prices ?!! I understand that just trying to survive like the rest of us (grocery bills nowadays are just rediculous & it keeps rising , nothing seems to be going back down and who knows if our prices will ever go back down) , but come on ! Subway doesn't even have "sub of the day" deal anymore

I will forever love Subway But I am starting to refrain from going unless someone else I have a coupon or something - even still, the coupons your not saving much at all

This is at all Subways around Ontario, Im not trying to just attack one

One of the worst subways I’ve ever been to . I know they are all getting bad but this one is something else . Very rude lady working during the day who’s always miserable and acts like the customer is an inconvenience. Didn’t have air conditioning all summer long and owner wasn’t bothered to fix it . Went in recently on a Saturday night just before 7 o’clock and they told me they ran out of bread 🤣 what subway runs out of bread especially that early in the evening . Save the hassle and headache and some money and make it at home or pick one up from the Foodland ( the lettuce isn’t...
