When we were at the pos system. As i was explaining the coupons that i wanted to redeem, she took over and ordered her staff member that was helping us, to cancel the transaction and let the customers( indirectly pointing towards us ) to order online if they want to redeem the coupons. When we told her that we were not very familiar with the fresh slice mobile application and then she said I’m gonna teach you and took our mobile phone from our hands and started to figure out the fresh slice application and kept playing with it. Even she was having trouble placing the online order herself. We just wanted to get the slices and get out of there. She seem to be unaware of her own fresh slice coupons and behaved like we are the problem and thought we are trying to claim the freebies ,even though we were not. She unnecessarily delayed the whole transaction and we felt embarrassed because there were people lining up behind. I don’t understand if you guys are not gonna honour the coupons then why bother advertising them on the first place.We spent at-least 20 minutes just to get a couple of slices from the hot-case. Afterwards we were even wiling to pay the full price just to end the drama. Later she came to a conclusion that we are the problem and we don’t know about their fresh slice application and kept saying repeatedly that this coupon is expired even though it was still redeemable until 31st of august. So she handed us our mobile phone back and went right back to the prep table and started working without even washing her hands. Which I really think is a food safety concern and should be looked into.So finally after receiving my order I was putting some flakes on my slices when I overheard her talking to her staff member “these people have no etiquettes, they don’t know anything and they are acting like they are the managers of this place “ in a condescending way. Even though we were as polite as possible.

UPDATE: No longer even like this place!! It has gone badly down hill since the owner stopped working there. Current staff does not know good pizza, is unfriendly and has no clue about customer service. Have been very disappointed with the product the last 3 visits, today I just walked out in disgust, won't go back anytime soon.

Read morephoned an order and was told to pick up at 7:20, I went there at 7:20 and lined up to pay, the cashier was just talking to someone for so long even there was a line up of customers. another staff told her there is a line. So I paid my order and was told it will be ready in couple of minutes, so I sat down in the table and wait. The staff (3 of them) are talking for a while, then they went in the back (I was waiting around 15mins thinking my pizza is not done yet) so I stood up and check if my pizza is still inside the oven, its not. It was there in the top of the oven seating for a while while I was just waiting there seating and they are just talking. not happy for a hungry customer
