Yum, Yum, and Yum! You MUST find this restaurant and pay a visit. Believe me, it's a hidden gem , and you will be amazed that you did. It is located in the plaza right behind the "Hector's Your Independant Grocer" (i.e., Loblaws) on Tantalus Road with ample free parking spots. Five Stars all the way is all I can say. The atmosphere was cozy, the food was delicious, and it was an excellent personalized service by the owners and their staff. Freshly prepared food, all dishes hit the spot, and we were full by the time we're done. We ordered Lamb Roganjosh and Chili Chicken, and both came with rice on the side. We chose one dish with Garlic Naan and the other with Rice. Spice levels are from a scale of 1 to 6, and we were quite comfortable with 3 and 4, where 3 are medium spice levels. We also had delicious Mango Ice-cream after lunch and a Chai to go for our drive ahead. We will definitely visit this restaurant if in the area for sure and will suggest friends and families driving by Sqamish to have this experience. I loved the food. But i would have to say, people expect a better customer service if they are paying that high price. Let me start with waiting for my entree for about 30min or more i guess, Finally the food arrived and i needed some extra sauce and I was trying to make an eye contact with a waiter, tried waving my hand but i felt like it was all being ignored, moreover no followup was made by the waitress, i hope you don’t expect your guests to shout out loud and ask for the things they need. Finally i called the waitress serving the next table, and i asked her to check on my food she went and sent my waitress to my table after 10min, then i asked her to check how long it is gonna take for my food to arrive, she went to check on my food and never cane back. From the moment we arrived, your warm hospitality and exceptional service made us feel truly welcome. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was expertly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. It was evident that a lot of care and effort went into making our meal special.
