This is twice in the last few weeks I have been in this Tim Hortens and felt they were not looking out for patrons health. Yesterday a mother allowed a little girl of around 2 to sit on the counter when ordering. She had shoes on and her shoes were almost touching the Register. Food is put on that counter and there was no wiping it down once the child was removed. The mother came back for refills about 1/2 hour later and the same scenario was played out again. This little one had been running inside and out and even accompanied the mom to the washroom. The last place her feet should be is on the serving counter.
The other episode was regarding ants. They were coming in around the seats by the window and clustering around food that had been drop on the floor. The mass was the size of the top of a glass Tim Hortons cup. I brought it to the attention of a person , I thought was the Manager, and was told (in a bored voice) that they would look after it. A half hour later nothing was done so I approached the person who was cleaning the bathrooms. He was not aware of it, he was very apologetic (though it was not his fault) and he came immediately and removed the ants, came back with a bucket of water and scrubbed around the seat and removed any sign of food from the floor. Very good service on his part.....that is the type of person who believes in giving the best...
Read moreWoah what is going on with this concept called Tim Hortons? Its like a McDonalds exploded into a Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks and they decided to use real dishware to serve food and drinks. I've never been in one of these before moving to BC and We wandered into this location after our Chinese go to for lunch across the street was closed. During rush hour this place is mad busy but the crew at this location is laser focused and moves the masses. The tomato soup and grilled cheese combo I got was dangerously good as was the Cesar salad. And I've discovered that getting a few pastries to cap off a meal here is a must. Their Boston cream doughnut and their doughnut holes are mouthwatering good (I downed 10 of them). All of that was $20, Canadian. I also didn't expect much for their facilities but the sitting area is actually really nice and has a fireplace. My only gripe is that because it's like grand central station in there during lunchtime tables aren't cleared or cleaned well/quickly.
This place makes me hungry and...
Read moreCustomer service needs to be improved significantly. I ordered a CLASSIC SAUSAGE BAGEL SANDWICH, with a plain bagel and found in my bag after that they made it with everything bagel. Then I ordered a CLASSIC BACON BAGEL SANDWICH, with a sesame bagel and in the bag I received a Sesame Sausage Bagel Sandwich. For each order I was asked twice to confirm my order, and still both orders were wrongly made. So my question is, how many times I have to confirm what my order is to get the right items?đ€Šđœââïž Just frustrating going to work and having to find out that both bagels are made wrong. So from now on I just have to check my order before leaving the counter seems like. This happened today, half...
