We brought 2 gift cards to use. One gift card had a barcode you could scan and the other was a swipe style card. The employee did not know how to use a swipe style gift card and said that the barcode was missing lol. The other employee came over and was unaware how to use a gift card aswell and was trying to swipe with the barcode upside down. After the employee couldn’t figure it out I asked him to charge 10$ to a pre paid visa I had and the rest on debit and the workers didn’t know how to do that either so he said their machine doesn’t do that. I have never had an issue with a Booster Juice location until now. I had a very sketchy feeling while I was there and thought I should just order a smoothie, but I decided to order a Chipotle Chicken Wrap as well on Sunday March 17 2024. The service was okay, this location seems to always be slow. But today I found a plastic piece in my smoothie!! Super gross and dangerous. Definitely NOT what I was expecting when I spend $15 for a combo. I don’t know if they used a broken blender or not, but this was the first chunk I found being almost done the whole smoothie. I wouldn’t be surprised if I ate multiple of these now.. terrible. Definitely never coming here...
