Subway — Restaurant in St. Albert

I came in the morning of Oct 5 around 7:25am. That new girl that works the mornings always has a terrible attitude, is unbelievably rude and is unprofessional throwing items around with so much anger. Even if you hate your job, don't treat your customers like garbage. I asked for a veggie delight, and she barely put any veggies on it. What a waste of money! If she's working I won't be coming by anymore. I used to come by allot in the morning but I'll just drive further to the one on 170 street.

The young man working the mornings before was so sweet, put enough veggies on the subs and was never rude. What an angel compared to the new gal....

Come in here all the time for lunch as I work close by, usually tip as well... but today.. service was terrible. she didnt greet me, I didn't even know if she was ready to take my order. Hardley made eye contact. Looked annoyed when I asked if she was ready to take my order. After i paid.. she slid my change back half way back on the counter. Didn't hand it to me. Didn't say anything. When i said :thank you"... she just walked away to the back. Usually friendly service. Worst. Won't be...

Ordered through the app and someone else picked up my sub, waited for like 20 minutes and they didn't even start making it and that's when I realized... there should be a better system in place other than trusting customers to be able to read and pick up the correct order.
