Quiznos — Restaurant in St. Albert

Just ordered 2 sandwiches for talked out, and upon opening at home, realized one had ranch on it instead of chipotle mayo (the wife is allergic to ranch). I couldn't remember if I ordered incorrectly, so I returned to buy a replacement.

Upon entering the store, I was met with a very aggressive and argumentative employee(no name tag worn), bordering on yelling at me when I asked to order another sandwich. She continuously affirmed that "we make it the way you tell us". I tried to de-escalate by agreeing with understanding, and just asked to order another sub. She tried arguing again, and I told her there is no issues, I'm not blaming anyone, I just want to order a new sub. The employee then walked away and ignored me for several minutes, before returning and demanding the old sandwich back (I had the bag with me to carry the new sub-recycle and such). So I returned to her the sandwich and she took my order.

While preparing the replacement, the employee began lashing out in a very disrespectful manner, lecturing me on the financial losses to be created by the situation. At this point, I asked her to stop trying to start a fight or I'll make her an internet sensation. The employee seemed to concede for a brief moment, then began barking at me over whether each individual ingredient would be "ok with me" in the most sarcastic tone they could muster.

This was one of the most bewildering experiences I've had ordering food. To the point if you told me she was a member of fight club and had the homework assignment to "pick a fight and lose", I wouldn't question it.

If you're a UFC fan, skip pay per view, just stop by and order a sandwich. If you just want a sandwich...maybe try another location

Waited in a empty restaurant with 1 other customer for over 15 minutes to order. Employees just ignoring me completely. I finally just left and said forget it. Complete waste of time. Never going back to this location and I suggest you do same if want to be appreciated for your business considering lots places are struggling. I think I'll go to a local place instead that will appreciate my business and not completely ignore me. Floors behind counter and in customer areas are filthy and the prep stations completely unorganized and unkept ...while wasting my time I watched the employee slice cheese and then some type of meet of same slicer without sanitizing station first. Watched cross contamination first hand and will be reporting to AHS and the st Albert food...

I went to this quizno's and purchased a sandwich and drink. The transaction went through on the machine and said approved. It states on my credit card statement it was approved. However on the ladys end that transaction said not approved. She tried to get me to pay twice. I refused to pay twice as the transaction showed up on my end. I walked out and called master card and was told that Quiznos indeed did recieve the money for the sandwich and there was nothing they could do to dispute that charge cause it was not showing up as a duplicate. Long story short Quizno's charged me for a product I never recieved and mastercard let it happen! Don't recommend this Quiznos to anybody. Very poor customer service over...
