Tim Hortons — Restaurant in St. Albert

I got a strawberry 🍓watermelon 🍉drink and after taking the mountain of ice 🧊out of it I stirred it up a bit. After having almost half the drink I noticed what looked like some sort of separation which shouldn't have happened. I took the drink back and they had no issues with replacing it with a fresh new one that was amazing because the wonderful gal who made the drink used very little ice leaving the drink with sharper taste. That was fantastic but their new strawberry cheesecake donuts are to die for. You'll be doing yourself a disservice if you don't try at least one. I had one yesterday at my daughter's choice for me and I bought a dozen today 🙃lol 😆😅, that's how decadent these donuts 🍩are. So last night, my brother and I pulled up to the drive thru to grab coffee before a long road trip and the lovely ladies got our order and proceeded to hand them out at the window. However their espresso machine began to act funny, to no fault of their own I might add (I’ve worked at a cafe I understood technical difficulties happen time to time). The ladies asked us to park at the front in less than 4 minutes a lovely person name Robyn came out and handed me my pumpkin spiced latte with almond milk. She was so kind and bubbly and open with us about what happened, and proceeded to hand us the latte ‘made with love’. I’m so happy it was made properly regardless of the situation and Robyn made us smile, quite refreshing:)

For a long time I stopped going to Tim's. Shortly after Burger King bought them the food quality declined. Today I brought my children and had an assortment for lunch including the chicken soup , donut and a turkey sandwich.

The food was so much better than it has been for years. It tasted fresh and not overly processed and cheap. The soup was wonderful and affordable on a cold day. The portions were fair for the cost. The location was clean and the staff friendly. We were able to get a clean table and enjoy our meal together without loud music or sitting in something sticky.
