I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a bubble tea ($6.50, which is quite expensive), but the staff never asked me about the sugar level. When I received my drink, I realized it was full sugar, but I actually wanted no sugar.
When I politely requested a replacement, the staff was extremely unwilling to make the change and showed a terrible attitude. They were visibly annoyed, making loud noises while preparing the new drink and even complained to me, saying that next time I should specify no sugar when ordering. However, I was never even asked about sugar preferences in the first place!
For a drink that costs this much, I expected at least decent customer service. Instead, I was made to feel like I was the one causing trouble, when in reality, it was their mistake. If a shop doesn’t even bother to ask about sugar levels, how can customers be blamed for receiving the wrong order?
