FUUL Eatz — Restaurant in St. Catharines

Let me start by saying, the food is DELICIOUS. I have been a customer since the day they opened, approximately 7 years. I brought all my family and friends here and they all love(d) the food. However... I am not a fan of the constant inconsistency. It seems that every time I go now they change something. They took away their bowls and changed to meal prep only, then brought the bowls back, then brought them back as pre-order only. The size of the bowls have gone from large, to small, to medium. I never know what to expect when I order from here. It seems like the hours change every few weeks. Sometimes it's until 5, sometimes until 6, and sometimes until 3. It is very frustrating because the management wants to run a restaurant, but does not want to be open regular restaurant hours. Why would you close a restaurant at 5PM? That does not make sense. You are either open just for lunch, just for dinner, or both. Not half-way in-between where I have to jump hoops to figure out a way to get their food. I also have witnessed the staff members arguing on multiple occasions. I used to love this place but every time I come it's a surprise now and the inconsistency makes it such an inconvenience. I understand experimenting in the beginning stages to test the market and see what works best... but it's been 7 years of this and they still can't figure it out. To top it all off, they announced their summer hours starting this coming Monday. No problem. I invited our family over to order the food for dinner tonight for 4PM, and they informed me that they are now closed at 3, starting today instead. They lost myself and my family and friends as customers. As I said, the food is delicious, but I am tired of the constant inconsistency...

The place is great overall. I had a new chicken wrap with fresh greens and rosemary Mayo - it was DELICILOUS! My bf had a lunch bowl (Which is HUGE BTW!) with rice, avacado, bacon, bbq sauce, etc. He loved it!

We have been here numerous times. We enjoy it greatly! The only thing that's a bit of a downer is the place on Glenridge isn't sit-in. There's no tables / chairs for eating inside. Which is fine during the nice weather! We went to a nearby park and ate outside :) The staff are always friendly, and though the prices are a bit costly (the bowl was around 14$ and my wrap I believe was 10$) it's great, fresh quality food and you feel really good about eating it.

I've tried their sandwiches, and other wraps, and their soup. ALL are yummy and very filling! If you're planning to get takeout here, i'd recommend calling in your order if it's for 3+ people because it does take time for the staff to make, since everything is fresh! And it also gets busy some days / times (especially late lunch time I've noticed) so give yourself time to spare!

I'm giving 4 stars only because of the no sit inside option, as it'd be great to have in the colder months, and because the wait times. I've had to wait a good half hour before because it was busy, and there's always minimal staff (2 people) working the entire thing. More people would benefit...

Was feeling hungry and the pictures out front just pulled me into this place. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic with a warm and welcoming greeting from the staff. They had so much to choose from. It was hard to decide. We started with some protein shakes and left with some frozen meals for another day. Do you have an option where you can pre-order things online. Their prefab meals keep well for three days in the fridge. My wife was very happy with the gluten free meals. The vegan options all sound absolutely fantastic. Also, They have many different shakes smoothies and protein drinks available. I'm happy this place opened in town. It is the clealist most wholesome meal.I found from a takeout place in quite some time. This will definitely be my go to spot. Looks comfortable for dining in.
