TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE— RACIALLY MOTIVATED BIAS. My friend (afflicted with a cold) resided in the corner AWAY from the servers to get out from the rain as she waited for an open slot at the walk-in. Was then told to dump her personal hot drink (which is not even an enforced rule), and after my friend commented that the manager did not treat her hospitality and asked for the manager’s name, was promptly kicked out for no reason— not even after being there for less than an hour. Manager THREATENED she would call the police if my friend did not leave. Furthermore, after family called to check why their sickly daughter was kicked out under no basis, the manager initially ignored the calls, then LIED about my friend being there, and promptly hung up any calls received afterwards. This treatment, especially towards a young black woman, does not reflect on Canada’s values and...

I gave them a three star so I could write my review. Normally, I would give them a five star because this is the only subway that I will eat at because they are clean, they always make my sub properly and they are very friendly so overall 10 out of 10 but tonight, I’m very disappointed. Their hours say they’re open till 10 yet they were not. We weren’t feeling well so we sent someone to pick up a couple subs for us just to find out that they were closed. If your hours say you’re open then those hours should be honoured unless of course it’s a holiday...

I just want to give a shout out to Connor from Subway at 198 Glenride Ave. I ordered a Southwest Steak and Avocado rice bowl for my husband for lunch. He was very pleasant and friendly. He takes pride in preparing our food. I had mentioned I went to a subway a week ago and had a rice dish and they made it straight in the container. Well I learned today that was the incorrect way. He used the plastic black bowls first to prep everything. Not to many send out positive reviews in this world. So I wanted to send one out to Connor.
