Rude people working the drive thru. Kept pushing me to keep giving items to order when she wasn't done entering the first item. Told her I was giving her each item after the last one came up to ensure it was correct. Then she still had to fix almost everything at least once. It was 4 basic breakfast sandwiches and 4 drinks. Nothing had modifications or extras. Then the next person tells me all Tim Hortons have a policy that people come in for "large orders" because they have drive thru timers to adhere to. What? Listen and take the order as it's coming and it would have taken 30 seconds. The person taking the order made it complicated and now I'm being chastised like a small child? We were then asked to pull ahead for the food. 10 minutes later we got our cold breakfast sandwiches. I didn't think 4 simple items and 4 drinks was a "big order" to begin with. There was also nobody else there. Not one car in the drive thru and we couldn't see anyone standing inside. A white sedan pulled around after we were told to pull through and that was it. Now reading these reviews it seems this is normal for this location so we'll avoid going further.

They did not have the cookie and instead of being polite and offering something else they just said "no, dont have it". They did that repeatedly when I asked for a different item, not saying what they actually had. As a Tim Hortons employee, I know for a fact your showcase cannot be completely empty, so you should be lucky head office didn't appear, but I guess they now know. When I was at the speaker they repeatedly asked "what size is your medium double double" The size was medium, like they said repeatedly, then they tried saying it was decaf, which is not what i said, and were extremely rude about it. When I got my coffee they made it with cream, not milk, like I repeatedly asked for. When I tried getting the names of the workers the lady refused to give her name or her coworkers, they also didnt have nametags, which somewhat violates the dress code. No supervisor or manager was present which is not allowed. There has to be a shift lead on both a morning and night shift. For not only leading a shift, but also solving issues...
Read moreSadly, I'm deleting my old 5-star review and leaving a new one based on today's experience at this store. This morning around 7:00 AM, To start my day…I ordered a medium French Vanilla and one herb and garlic pastry. The staff member at the front, wearing an orange Tshirt gave me three cups stacked together, with coffee only in the top one. It felt careless and unprofessional. When she asked if I wanted the pastry heated, I politely said "yes, please." But instead of heating it, she quickly hid behind the wall near the drive-thru window. After a few seconds, she returned and threw the cold pastry badly on the counter, then hid again. Other staff members were laughing and enjoying her performance, which felt very disrespectful and frustrating. I had posted a 5-star review months ago praising the service, but this experience was upsetting and no customer should be treated like that. I hope the manager looks into this behaviour.
