Long Winded Post About Being Ripped Off

All was good until I was double-charged March 5th and the owner won’t give me my money back. I paid with my IPhone App and the girl said it didn’t go though. So I tapped again. The next day I saw $35.48 was charged twice. I though I could just go in and show my phone and get a refund. First he tells me he needs to wait for his bank statement. I said don’t you batch it every night. He’s like yes and then proceeds to tell me he’ll get the paperwork from his accountant the next day but was adamant he balanced. I said if you did we have a problem. He then goes on and on about nothing. I gave him my name and phone number and asked me to come at 3pm the next day. I’m like I can be there at 6pm at the earliest after work. He said it is too busy then. Needless to say I have had no phone call and haven’t been able to pop back in at a convenient time for him. Why would I pay twice for the same order? Why is he essentially calling me a liar. If I paid credit I could dispute the charged....

Wow ! Im honestly a really big food critique. And my hubby gets so annoyed becuase normally i complain about something everytime i eat out lol .

Well this place is more than a 5 star hands down !!!!! Ordered for our first time tonight from the phone service to pick everything was fantastic .

My kids are fairly picky and i didnt want to spend on individual items as that gets pricey. Most chinese restraunts dont allow substitutes however they allowed me to sub my plain noodle for rice in one of our meals which was amazing. The price was fantastic and not one complaint. The chicken balls where massive and the perfect amount of sweet and sour everything was so freash and sooo hottt . I will definitely be back to this hidden gem ! 💎 amazing food amazing service thank you for filling...

I ordered the #3 and #5 from here after being told how good the food was but it was terrible. The chicken fried rice was soaking wet and had old hard bits of grey chicken. The mushrooms that came in it were dark black and completely mushy. It was like they just gave us whatever rice they had left as my girlfriends rice didn't taste the same at all (both had chicken fried rice). My General Tao was a handful of extremely dry chicken bits with SOME sauce drizzled on it. Pretty much enough to cover 2 pieces. The veggie and chicken was just broccoli stalks and literally an entire onion. I regret tipping. Out of this $25 order we ate 2 chicken balls and some general tao. Everything else was completely inedible. I feared for my health. I definitely will not be bringing back...
