I would even rate it 10 stars if I can! THEE best pizza in town! Now I seriously regret every penny I spent in other pizza places. See when it comes to food and service, I am very, very picky and would wholeheartedly recognize and appreciate great service and food when I see one. I am the kind of person who would drive back and go inside the food place to reorder if my fries are not flaming fresh or my drive-thru order was not made to my specifics. Pizza house had definitely exceeded my expectations with the great food and service they provided me today. Simply, everything was perfect! I ordered a pizza: half plain cheese and sauce and half with chicken, red peppers and olives. The dough was not greasy, not too thick nor too thin. The sauce was super tastey like an authentic italian pizza sauce. The mozza cheese was cooked to perfection and had that rich buttery taste the way real mozza cheese supposed to have. All the other ingredients were of high quality as well and were cooked in a way that maintained their moisture and tenderness (unlike another famous pizza place which tends to overcook the hot peppers that you end up having dry skins of hot peppers on your pizza, looks nasty and has no flavor what so ever!).

It was difficult to give two stars. I got a coupon for 15.95 for a 24 slice 3 item, so I ordered to see if it was any good.

First off, the guy making the pizza had his mask around his chin. To be honest this is an insult to everyone who has been doing their best to keep the numbers down so we can get out of lockdown. I work at an office, and I wear a mask for 8 hours. It's not great, but I try to do my part.

I got the pizza home, cheap cheese, to be expected I mean it's a 16$ 24 slice. The big thing, it wasn't cooked all the way. Raw dough under the cheese, white bottom. I had to put it in my oven at home to finish it, but I don't have a pizza oven so it was still raw in the middle.

Look, making a pizza is hard. I'm not a Pizzaiolo, but I don't like eating raw dough. I'd rather pay more for properly cooked pizza.

I'm all about the personal connection. No matter how tasty your food is; if you're unfriendly or unclean I can't give you my business. Thankfully, Pizza House is full of genuinely lovely people. I was visiting St. Catherines and didn't realize "late night eats" was not a concept here. Called them up, requested delivery. In the kindest way possible the young man on the phone let me know their delivery was over for the night and asked if I was open to coming in. I was desparate so no problem.
