I almost NEVER leave reviews but tonight's interaction and service was absolutely awful! I have never been treated so rudely in all the years I have been going to this Wendy's. Tonight (Monday September 15th) around 1130pm I went through the drive thru to get dinner for my husband and I who had just gotten home from work and wanted a quick meal.. I placed my order, got to the window.. I had a offer to scan for my rewards I wanted to use so I asked politely if she could scan it.. She rolled her eyes for the first of many times and then told me the new total.. Great! I hand her the cash, I get my change which may I add she so rudely handed to me.. wait about 8-10 minutes for my order to which I had no problem waiting.. 8-10 minutes later she comes to the window and hands me my order. I say thank you so much! Trying to still be kind because I know what it's like to work in fast food and how stressful it can be so I thought maybe she was just having a rough night.. I then proceeded to open my bag to double check if all my items are in the bag (while her and another lady working stare me down through the window..) I noticed that I am missing a ceaser salad dressing and croutons as I ordered 2 salads and I thought there were 2 in the bag but I was mistaken.. she opens the window and I explain I am missing a dressing and croutons for my second salad. She tells me in a condescending way that she only charged me for 1 salad. I said okay, no problem but I ordered 2.. She glares at me, I said can I please pay for a second salad then? She rolls her eyes yet again and takes the machine at puts it out the window.. I say, I'm paying with cash again please.. She pulls the machine in aggressively and takes the money, gives me my change.. Goes and gets the salad and comes back, opens the window and says once again in a condescending way, "here you go, here's your salad Ma'am!!"... Now i can understand if something had to be made and you were near closing that it could have been frustrating but it was no where near closing and it's was a PREMADE salad!! I was nothing but kind and did not deserve to be treated the way I was treated this evening.. I am a regular at this location and have never ever had this kind of interaction with an employee before. She is a new employee from what I can tell as well.. I THEN get home and open the bags to find my burgers to be completely smooshed like a pancake! And no bacon on a JBC?.. The fries were completely hard as a rock as if they were sitting for hours in the fryer!!! Also missing my husband's cheese sauce as well.. 🤦🏼♀️😑 I am completely disappointed in the service and food quality tonight.. If you are that employee and you're reading this.. Please for the sake of your job, be kind towards customers who especially are kind to you! Or don't work in customer service and...
Read moreOn January 30, 2025 I went through the drive through at the Hartzel Rd. Wendy's at around 5:25 to 5:30. I ordered two JBC's and a medium fry. Total coming to $9.37. The individual ringing through my order passed the machine through the window and I tapped my card. She said it didn't go through and and acted strange about it and asked another employee, she came back and told me it did not go through. So I believed her and did it again. I wasn't sure about the whole thing. So when I got home much later that night I checked my card online and it showed that I had been charged $9.37 twice. I called back to the store just before 10:30 that night and asked to speak to a manager. The lady that answered the phone stated she was a manager, named Danielle. I told her what had happened she took my name, phone number and email and told me that her manager would contacted me in a few days to resolve the double charge. TODAY is February 10th 2025. Never had a phone call or email. No messages left. So I guess they feel that over charging customers is fine. When they reach out to complain that they have been overcharged, they will tell you they will reach out but apparently with no intention to do so at all. After all they got their money out of it twice. Thankfully I went through my card company and they recognized the double charge and reversed it. There is still some good customer service. Which I was thankful for. My suggestion would to be very careful if your going through the drive through at that Wendy's, they don't seem to want to respond to customer issues and problems. But none of the 3 Wendy's in the city ever give you a receipt. So ask for one, so you have it in case they double dip you. Or pay in cash and that would unfortunately slow the line down. But as long as you get back the proper change, at least your not getting hosed. Go to a different fast food joint...

As the bag was handed over, the tray of drinks was handed thru the window and the one tipped over with spilling a bit, during this time the girl handing the food over just laughed it off with us and we left not checking the bag
Drove home (15 min away ) got home, realized a chicken burger and 2 large fries were missing, attempted to call the store multiple times to no answer.
Drove back to the store, approached the young girl at the cash, explained the situation and she said she would grab the manager.
Well, out stomps the “manager” from her back cage she crawled out from, who was very clearing annoyed for having to get up and deal with something. She comes over and we calmly explain and she snaps back at us and another customer who also was not giving his correct meal, she takes the wrong meal that the young man had and chucks them into the garbage, what a waste of product, doesn’t speak to any of us, just basically throws the bag at me and walks away.
She was extremely rude, not once did she apologize even after when it was pointed out that she did not give one nor try to make things better.
Also once we drove back home with the “fresh “ new burger and fries, the bag had barely any fries and they were not fresh at all, these meals are not cheap now and this was an unfortunate event where none of us will be back
Was just looking for an apology,, people make mistakes, even when pointing that out she gave some sore of smirk and argued but that is not how you handle any type of concerns.
I think she needs to be kept in the back away from any customer because the way she acted is...
