Dairy Queen — Restaurant in St. John's

Use to be a great spot to stop in on the way home. Last 3 times has been enough for me to now go elsewhere. Not sure what's going on lately but Ive asked for no ice and get ice, ask for flamethrower sauce with the chicken basket and get no dips but they put in ketchup and vinegar. Last 3 times I've had something missing from my order. Today was no different with no sauce for the chicken. The first time I chalked it up to the fact there was a fair size line ahead and behind me so when it gets busy mistakes will happen. The woman who served me asked another couple if they were #92 (I had #92). I said it was my number and she just left the food on the counter and walked away. I reached and grabbed the bag and started to walk out and I hear her yell to me saying its not mine. I need to publically acknowledge the service provided by Matthew at your Mount Pearl location! My boyfriend and I had lunch this afternoon, and while the food was tasty, it had nothing on level of friendly service Matthew provided. He had high energy and a smiling friendly face, he checked on us during our meal (which I thought uncommon at Fast Food places, but it was outrageously appreciated), and made sure to say goodbye when we left.
