I’ve never had such a bad experience at a Tim Hortons until I visited this location. The overall service was disappointing, but what truly shocked me was the manager’s attitude. She was beyond rude – snapping at customers, talking down to the staff, and acting like basic customer service was a burden.
When I calmly asked about a mistake in my order, she didn’t even let me finish speaking. She interrupted me with a cold, irritated tone and made me feel like I was the problem. No apology, no effort to fix it – just eye-rolling and a dismissive wave of the hand.
To make things worse, I overheard her being just as disrespectful to her team behind the counter. Barking orders, blaming them loudly in front of customers – it was uncomfortable to witness. If this is how she runs the place, it’s no wonder the whole vibe felt tense and unwelcoming.
A manager is supposed to lead by example, but she clearly lacks the professionalism and people skills needed for the job. I won’t be returning to this location and definitely don’t recommend it to anyone expecting even...
Read moreI go to the Danny drive location a few times a week, and this location forgets/gives incorrect parts of the order probably a quarter of the time. I do not find the same issue at other nearby locations. Today my breakfast sandwich was missing cheese (the drive thru attendant even asked what kind of cheese I wanted so it's weird they left it off completely) and my partner's ice coffee was missing the sugar syrup. In the past they forgot food items like a donut or a drink. Usually whole items have only been missing or incorrect on larger orders like when people from my office do a coffee run, and these issues occur probably a quarter of the time for them. The service is usually pretty quick in the morning, and food is fresh, so if you go here just open up and check everything before you leave the store just in case.

Read moreIf I could give this location a 0, I would. Waited a long time in the drive thru for a bagel with cream cheese and a bagel belt. When we got our order both bagels were plain, not even buttered! We drove thru again and asked them to remake the order. After another long wait we received the bagels with so much sauce it was disgusting an obviously done on purpose. It was not possible to physically eat it and the wrapper was coated in sauce. I brought it into the actual store and asked for a refund. They offered to make it again after they refunded me. I reluctantly agreed. As I predicted, it was made wrong, again. Surprise! While I was waiting another customer told me I was the fourth one since she had been there that brought food back from the drive thru. I thought a newer location would be much better than this! Definitely avoid this location!! Very poor quality food...
