Al's Pizzeria — Restaurant in St. Thomas

Ordered from here twice. First time was to get 2 medium pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni (deal is pickup only) and the other time was 2 large pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni (deal is pickup only). Not a bad thing as we do live close by.

Food- the pizzas aren't bad. They are thin and salty but not over bearing with saltiness. It's a great option if you want something that won't break the bank and still have left over for next couple meals. It's a good option. Those would be my only complaints about the food.

I also did notice they do offer slices and a pop to go. I read over their options (don't remember it all) but was like deluxe, pepperoni, Hawaiian.l, deluxe, etc. so good to know you can get a slice or two vs a whole pizza. (Think it's 4 bucks for a slice and pop).

Placed an order last night for a pizza and 1lb of wings. I’m not sure if it was busy or what, Shawn said it would be a 35-45 minute wait. I placed my order at 11, and it showed up 75 minutes later 🤷‍♂️ The order was correct, but the wings and pizza were cold and just couldn’t be enjoyed, and I honestly feel like I wasted $30 tonight and should’ve just ordered elsewhere as I barely ate any of my order tonight :(

I will say that I have been a regular customer here for 20+ years, ever since the store was called 241 and we used to go here for slices during our lunch break in high school. I continued on stopping in for slices occasionally before my shift at the factory, Janet & Shawn are two of my favourite people to see in the shop and the slices never disappoint, however last nights cold & very late pizza order has made me reconsider my options for any future delivery orders for pizza & wings here in...

Als on Wellington is extremely inconsistent. We use to order every Friday. Sometimes they would get it right but we would get everything from burnt pizza to undercooked pizza and even the wrong order. Usually in the restaurant business (if the restaurant messed up) they would give a upset customer some extra dipping sauce or an extra pop to keep them loyal and happy but instead we would get a simple " please wait another 10-15 min while we make your order right". I found every time Al is making the pizza he is really cheap on toppings and any extra’s that was ordered. Also he added a .75 cent charge for using debit which upset most of his customers.
