barBURRITO — Restaurant in St. Thomas

The staff here are dishonest and rude. I was ripped off here, made a small burrito and charged me for their biggest side. I asked about it at the store and they were pretty snippy. So I let the store and called another store to check how many scoops and rice go into a large burrito. After realizing they were supposed to do 3 scoops, I went back to the store because they only did one. I was very polite with them and they didnt return the ki dness. The girl I was talking to (who I assumed was the manager on duty) asked the other girl who made burrito how many scoops of rice and beans did u give her, she says you only gave one. The worker flat out lied to her manager in front of me and said 3....you can see it wasn't 3 by just looking at it's size. The boss lady one also told me that this has never happened before, they have never had a complaint. I'm thinking others have been ripped off before but just didn't realize or werent comfortable asking. There are 2 crews here at this location, one of all guys and one of all girls. The guys seem much more honest and friendly. The girls act like they are always having a bad day. Just some food for thoughts girls. I maybe back...

I'm sorry but this place is awful... Let me start with my experience: First the Steak was DRY and disgusting. The pulled pork was decent and tasted good. The burrito sauce is nice and so is the salsa. HOWEVER; The prices are way too high for starters! When I ordered a SMALL burrito they could not fit it and close it properly. They stood there for a good 3-5 mins puzzled what to do. Then I think maybe the manger said... "Put it into a larger wrap, and CHARGE them for a big one" .... Are you kidding me? Then they proceeded to scrape all of it as a "glob of horror" onto the bigger wrap, with it been sitting and lost toppings... hardly any sauce.... It was awful.... This place needs major changes......

Will not be back. Ordered through skip the dishes and waited 25 minutes which was no problem at all but when we went into the store they hadn't even started making our order even though we had ordered in the parking lot and sat there and waited and there had only been 1 person in while we were there. so we had to wait another 15 minutes. Got home only to find my quesadilla was soggy and the cheese wasnt even melted. Hubby got a nacho burrito and there was only half of the stuff he ordered on it and it was cold even though we live 5 minutes away. Could have made a better burrito and quesadilla at home for much less. Will be telling friends and family to avoid this place . Just not worth your...
