Would give 0 stars if I could. Tear it down, can them all and start over. Everything about this experience sucked. Far below expectations. I ordered online for "quick pickup." My "promised pickup time" was 12:55pm. I stood in that lobby, which has the temperature set to hellfire by the way, for just shy of 50 minutes. No acknowledgement, no "have you been helped," nothing. Appeared to have only 2 people working and they moved so slow it was pathetic. Full lobby, including a woman who had waited 40+ minutes and had to request a refund because she was on a time limit and, like myself, didn't realize "fast food" would take an hour to make. My food was placed behind the mobile pickup area, making it harder to reach and see, so I wasn't even aware that it was ready. When I did finally get my order it was missing multiple items, so I had to ask for them, despite them being written on my receipt which they attached to the bag. Very unapologetic, very unaware, and seemingly either lazy or unqualified to be working there. When I got back to work and opened up my order, it was ice cold, so greasy I had to throw half of it away, and what I could eat was not enjoyable at all. I understand fried chicken is going to be greasy, but this was definitely left to sit in the oil or not properly drained. I ordered the pickle fries and they had a very small amount of the toppings on just the top layer and the rest were just grease, my sandwich was so greasy it destroyed the bun, and the pickle chips were so soggy it was like chewing rubbery vomit. I would tell you that 80% of my "food" went in the trash, but calling it "food" is criminal at this point. Read moreI figured I'd give this place a try despite previous poor food I thought I'd give the new management the benefit of the doubt. When I arrived there there was one person waiting for their food, there was a help wanted sign out front and there was no one on cash and one young girl behind the counter making food. There were a bunch of people out of sight laughing, have a great day. One male employee came up to the girl and told her he has five more minutes if she needs help he then proceeded to pick the plaque out of his teeth with his finger. Thank God she told him no. The girl continued to make the meal informing us that she had injured her arm and was struggling to lift things. The manager approached her told her there was no more corn left that she would need to make more, the manager looked directly at me waiting to place my order and turned around and walked away leaving this poor young injured girl to do the till the prep and the cooking. When I went to get myself my drink there was a sign on the pop machine saying no ice after pouring my drink I took a sip of it it was flat and warm. It is clear that the machine is not even functioning. When my meal came my chicken tenders were undercooked a little pink and Squishy my poutine was under salted and more like french fry soup. Read moreHi, you may know me as the cashier at kfc, I just want to say that kfc isn't as bad as people make it out to be, as a employee that works there, we do are best and do are best to get food out as fast as we can, are cooks work hard to make the chicken, are packer work hard to make sure we get your out to you, yes we may make a mistake, but we are human, and also training alot of new aswell. I do know if anyone honestly knows how much a cashier really does have to deal with but it's not just to take your order, we have 3 different tables to run, a phone, orders to take and food to pass out, print delivery resists and put into the skip table since we no longer have an actually delivery service, when it is rush hour, and we have people calling us yelling at us about an order they put into for delivery and havent received it you have to remember that we do not have a delivery service, cash also has to deal with people who speak to us very rudely, either that it be we put in the wrong order by accident or forget to add an item, I have money throwen at me, food that was wrong and yelling at us about it, and to be honest the list could go on, but we try to be patient and keep a smile on are face and move on the next person in line to help them, on top of the fact if we are trained as pack we also help them aswell.
