They put this girl stung out as could be attempting to take orders in the 10am driveway microphone ....when you CLEARLY are not able to understand people & also clearly can NOT speak properly without nodding off I think a review is EARNED HERE. SEND HER HOME. Before she drops on your countertop. She spent a total of 5 full minutes trying to close the drive thru window with the button but couldn't time it properly so it would keep staying open a bit and she was not looking ok. đ€€ also the FACT of how many healthy employees you could have working that would never work in a close environment with that toxic stuff going on.

   Read moreI have never been treated with such blatant disrespect as I was at this Tim Hortons. I came in as a paying customer, expecting the basic courtesy anyone should receive â and instead, I was yelled at and humiliated by a manager in front of customerâs. The tone, the volume, and the complete lack of professionalism were absolutely appalling.
This manager didnât just speak rudely they raised their voice, embarrassed me and created a hostile,uncomfortable environment everyone in the store. Other customers were visibly shocked. I was stunned, angry, and completely humiliated. It was a disgusting display of power and a total failure in leadership and customer service.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable , and if this is how management chooses to treat paying customers, then something is seriously wrong at this location. I will not be returning, and I will be escalating this to corporate because no one customer or employee deserves to be treated this way.
Tim Hortons, do better. Your customers are not punching bags for poor management. The managers...
   Read more11 October 2024 1320ish... front counter 'person", white, female, youngish, drk ISK hair style, unknown to me customer counter service,: RUDE when I couldn't find a quarter to pay for a medium hot water only. I was a nickel short and stated to her could I please have the 15 cents I handed her, returned to me until I found the quarter, as I didn't want to hold up the line.
She became more passive aggressive with snide remarks, performing for her future "clientele" no doubt ...
