Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in St. Thomas

I have worked for dominos when I was younger and have been a loyal customer in London for years. I have since relocated to St Thomas and started ordering here for a year now and out of 30 times ordering. They are running about 50 percent correctly done we order the most basic of pizza and always order it well done and they just can’t get it right more than half the time I have called talk to manager and was told to call and tell them well done since they get busy and don’t see the online order notes my reply is why bother having the option only to still get it wrong sorry dominos your food is awesome but if it can’t be cooked correctly maybe call london for lessons Simple three item pizza delivered took 70 min and was terribly under cooked. No I don’t want a free pizza I want it done...

I picked up a pizza from Domino’s yesterday and it’s the best pizza I’ve had there in years. I feel it had a little more sauce and more toppings than ever before. My pizza order was ham, pineapple, mushrooms, and onions. It was soooo Good. I could eat this every day. I hope I get the same experience next time. Over the last years, I always found Domino’s Pizza to be very bland but not this time. Please keep up this quality. I am sure it will improve your business immensely. Your prices are also the best in town. I just have to add that. I just ordered the same pizza today, September. Fifth and Jordan made my pizza both times and it was excellent again. Keep up the good work, man. Maybe the manager should think about giving this young man a raise he’s good...

They make great pizza here. Unfortunately as one of the original deep dish pizza places they don't make their deep dish pizzas the same anymore. I always used to deal with Pizza Hut for my pizza as they still make a true deep dish pizza. They however lost my business after I came home from work late one night and ordered a pizza online. I got a confirmation email saying it would be here in an hr. It didn't show up till 14 hrs later. I refused the delivery and was told the order never reached their store until the next morning and that the confirmation email was automatically sent out from the centralized computer system that they didn't even know where it was located.
