The restaurant is newer and somewhat clean most of the times I've been in but it's still a McDonald's which attracts a certain crowd who how do I say, doesn't care so much about cleanliness or hygiene. The food is always premade and sitting in steam trays and hot plates waiting for the next sucker to order it, I don't think I've ever gotten something that was legitimately hot when they finally got it to me, also more than half of the time the ice cream machine is broken or on the fritz or not working, whatever they want to call it and think an extra dollar menu burger or 2 equals the cold ice cream I wanted in the middle of SUMMER...most times I would advise against this since the big city ones are so much worse but go to the Walmart McDonald's here in st.thomas, it's always made to order fresh and hot and their ice cream machine has never been down when I've been but that would be the only one I'd recommend going to a Walmart McDonald's, the ones in london at white oaks and when I went to one in Toronto nearly made me sick just walking in and looking around at everything and made me quickly...
Read moreHad the pleasure of dealing with Rhonda (I think that’s her name) yelling at my kids to use their “indoor voices” (accusing them of yelling) while I was right outside of the play place and could barely hear them meanwhile she was standing outside of the play place just moments later while a group of teenagers were screaming inside of the play place and she had done nothing. The entire time my family and I were eating, she kept walking over to where we were sitting and staring at my kids with dirty looks. I’ve had an issue before with the same lady when my child (3 at the time) got stuck in the play place and wouldn’t let their older sibling help them down to which I asked Rhonda if I could go up and get my child and she told me ‘no’ and that she would get someone else’s kid to go get my child (I’m sorry but if my kid won’t allow their older sibling to help them down, what made her think that they would let some stranger help them?!). I would like to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with the shift manager on duty at 11am on Friday, July 14th. On two separate occasions today, I encountered significant delays as a delivery driver. The manager seemed to ignore the presence of delivery drivers, resulting in extended waiting times.
When I attempted to address this concern directly with the manager, my feedback was disregarded. This lack of responsiveness and consideration is concerning and suggests a need for additional training in managing delivery operations and customer feedback effectively.
These types of issues contribute to the branch's overall rating, which is currently at 3.4. Addressing such matters is crucial for improving customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive reputation.
I hope this matter can be addressed to improve the experience for all delivery drivers and ensure smoother operations in the future.
