Rude and ignorant staff, wish I could give zero stars! Went inside to place an order and was completely ignored by five or six employees who were all chatting away in another language, except the woman at the drive thru window (giving credit where credit is due). Eventually someone who looks like the manager came forward to the register, but only to take a reading and also completely ignored me. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they’re having a meeting about something important as they were all still chattering away, until one of them came up to the counter, immediately turned his back to me and leaned on it. Within seconds another guy leaned up against the counter, also with his back to me, as they continued talking excitedly. I should mention that before walking in the restaurant I saw four or five of them piling out of a newer sports car, so I’m assuming that’s what they were all speaking about. I’ve had enough at this point, so instead of dragging them over the counter by their scrawny little necks and bashing their heads together, while demanding some simple respect and actual customer service, I simply left the restaurant - there’s no way I’d eat the food if I have to raise a fuss to get it. Hopefully the next person who gets treated that way shows less restraint than I did, and let’s them know first hand what it’s like to be disrespected in a Taco Bell. This restaurant should have the staff completely replaced, including the management...
Read moreI visited this Taco Belle on a dark cold night for the first time in a long while. On this particular night, I craved one thing and one thing only......the most supreme of all fries.......a Fries Supreme! As I placed my order in the drive thru, I shared with them as politely as possible that the last few time I had indulged in a Fries Supreme, I had been disappointed with the lack of toppings (in reality, I was much more than disappointed......the lack of toppings was enough to put a grown man who just wanted a Fries Supreme to tears.....but I didn't want to burden a hardworking employee with this sad story) they were very nice, and asked me to pull through. I had barley stopped the car as I seen my food in the bag on the counter! How one makes a Crunch Wrap and a Fries Supreme in 15 seconds is beyond me..... absolutely incredible performance. As I drove away, I wondered if I would once again be disappointed and be left to wallow in despair. I opened the bag, my nose telling me that if only it looked as good as it smelled, I was about to experience the wonderful joy of fries in their beautiful form. Then, I opened the box.......there it was.....in all its glory........the most beautiful Fries Supreme I had ever seen, loaded to the brim with all the toppings I could ever dream of. Best....
Read moreMy meat was cold in my taco, my partner tried speaking to the manager that told my partner that because of the lettuce that’s why the meat was cold. I proceeded to go up to the counter and speak with the manager. I work in fast food as a manager and at a much busier fast food establishment at that. So I have a general understanding after speaking with the manager who was being a little difficult I got my tacos re made this time the meat actually warm. He then told me to next time eat my food faster (it was within 7 minutes of us ordering) and I just said unfortunately in food service you need to treat the customers with respect and go by the “customer is always right rule” he said they aren’t always right. Especially as a manager you need to respect customers- even so I wasn’t in the wrong lettuce doesn’t cool meat down that much there was 0 heat from the meat. I was still polite to this manager but I think he needs to go to a manager class and learn how to deal with customers, even his facial expression and his tone was not appropriate. When promoting managers it’s important that they have the simple skill of communicating effectively and...
