Kiosk won't allow you to print a receipt and pay cash at the Till like other restaurants aka McDonalds. No sign to let you know this in advance. Wasted ten minutes.
Drink machine is a nightmare to get the touch to function at all. On Both machines the touch display is 90% unusable without exaggeration.
Staff seemed judgmental/ annoyed that we ordered fries without salt. A second staff member wondered why the order was taking so long and the lady said "fries no salt" and they collectively groaned.
Ordered Extra Onions and Extra Pickles. Evidently that is exactly 3 small pieces of each. Baconator Burger was small and the square patty doesn't even extend beyond the bun like it used to. Spicy Chicken was a very thin piece with more batter than chicken in places. Both looked over-compressed by the chef with bun tops smushed right down into it.
The sides Frosty, Baked Potato, and Fries were all great but the Mains (burgers) looked atrocious and tasted just a small step better.
Also they do this weird thing where they process the tax twice on the invoice "GST then GST Federal". HST has been a thing longer than this store has existed (2010), fix...

They told me that the six count nuggets can’t go into a meal, and I said that was fine and just asked for the nuggets and the fry and drink separately outside of a meal. It was a larger order and when we finally left the drive thru it wasn’t until I was at home that I realized they didn’t give me my nuggets. I called the store to let them know they forgot to give me them and the person on the phone kept interrupting me saying that I told them I didn’t want the nuggets and that’s why they didn’t give me them.. there was no receipt in the bag so i didn’t know if they had actually charged me for them or not. I had to drive 15 minutes back to the store only to have bad customer service and was continuously told it was my fault, and i ended up having to pay for the nuggets despite having to drive back to the store. by the time we ended up getting to eat, all of our food was cold. overall really disappointed in their customer service and lack of...

Mostly each time it was that I asked for none of something and extra of other things on a sandwich and received, instead, whatever NORMALLY comes on it. =D And, best part, called twice about two different instances and was told I could give them my name, number and address to receive coupons in the mail as compensation. Three weeks later when that mail finally did come…regular old Wendy’s coupons that only really save you a dollar or two on a combo, the kind that people sign up for. As an ex-employee, I was once reprimanded for the smallest mistakes. How is it that I’m now receiving the same work that I would once have been publicly ridiculed, embarrassed, and shamed for?
