A&W Canada — Restaurant in Steinbach

Went there this evening to get some food for myself and my girlfriend. we went in to decide what we wanted once we knew what we wanted I got (Onion rings) and my girlfriend got a (chubby chicken burger). now I thought the name for that burger was a little funny so I gave a little chuckle before saying "can I get one chubby chicken burger please and side of Onion rings please". as soon as she turned around to tell the back what the order was she said on her head set and I quote " he was laughing at the cubby chicken burger that's weird". then proceeds to talk to a coworker "keep in mind this coworker is a good friend of mine" anyway proceeds to talk to that coworker for about 8 minutes while our food was getting cold. on the counter I have no problem with my friend who was behind the counter but the chick who took my order very disrespectful. won't be going back there for a while that's for sure what a...

Bought three combos (two mama's, one spicy habanero chicken). My son took a bite of his mama burger and close to half the meat just fell out onto the floor. I called ro let them know, and the guy who answered told me "it was fine when it came off the line). So he basically accused me of sabotaging the burger that I just paid for and my son wanted to eat. What the hell? I even offered to bring back the hunk of meat to show him, and he told me he didn't care. Wow. Great customer service skills, clown. So now I have a hungry kid and I have to buy something else. This us the worst customer service I have had in years. Also, not one serviette in the bag, and they didn't mark our drinks to see which one was diet. The diabetic person couldn't even tell which one was diet by taste, so I think they were all regular coke....

The vibe from 2018 and before has completely disappeared. The customer service is rude, the food taste bland. Their food has a funny smell. Definitely boycotting this aw location. Recent order chicken patty had a awful fowl smell. Had to toss the whole meal in garbage, as the manger working in evenings didn’t want to refund. I was able to take a peak in the back (kitchen) I must say when I saw the kitchen I now know exactly what’s wrong. The heavy manager has a attitude worse then my 5 year old nephew does. The owners of this restaurant very well know the customer service, awfull food that my dog won’t even eat, is the root cause of declining revenue year after year.
