Very disappointing experience. Travelled and visited many game stores, some retro inspired, and others modern, regardless, and even taking into account their lack of space...it's not a great experience. Consoles, games, peripherals, are all dirty and if they are cleaned, that's pretty suspect at best.

I understand possibly being under staffed, or possibly not enough time in the day, as maybe you have other ventures on the go, yet when I have visited, a few times, it is lacking with any sense of pride, excitement, or experience.

Dudes just sitting chatting, gaming, but not really working, nor really knowledgeable when it comes to products or pricing. I have found, on numerous occasions, better cared for product at less of a price and free shipping from independent and online store retailers.

You want to support stores like this, but when you sell just acceptable product, and sell it at top price charting pricing, it's not a good model for business, and it's not a good look when it is safe to say, the business assumes you know little as a consumer.

When the place smells, and the consoles and games are in barely working order, there is a problem. It's truly sad, this is what having a massive inventory and little business acumen or general care and pride for your "love" takes precedent over good business.

Unfortunately, I won't be back. Gaming is an experience, a time to relive nostalgia, even for a moment, and many resellers, indie collectors, and other mom and pop gaming stores sell not only better cared for products by owners and staff, better and fair pricing, but most importantly relationships and an experience; just good simple business...
