Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury

Although listed open for dine-in through the Tim's app they once again go against that and close their doors to walk in customers.

The reason it's again is because this location on a regular basis will close any aspect whenever they don't feel like serving customers. I've been living here for 2 years and they will hide in the back rather than talk to customers in the drive thru, they will close their doors whenever the drive thru gets busy. And even when calling to complain they will disregard everything i say and provide no reason for their lack of service.

I do speak french when I'm there for those who might think that has something to do...

ordered a vegetarian wrap. they placed meat on the wrap as they were making it. i could watch the whole thing go down. they realized afterwards that they messed up and removed the meat and tried to serve me the same wrap. the chef who appeared to be a boy in late teens, lied to my face and said “i swear i didn’t put any meat”. i should have recorded the whole thing because my travel partner also saw this happen. i asked him to remake the wrap and his mom/manager(?) started yelling @ me. would give zero stars if possible. zero respect for the paying customers. a very long line too with extremely slow service for...

Go to drive thru, wait for like a minute without anyone answering (meh they might be busy I'll go to the window just in case). I see a big sheet saying "CLOSED FROM 22h TO 5h", nice it's 21:40! Phew! I see someone seeing me and she doesn't even come to the window, with her collegur she's saying out of her lips "not open we are closing now"

Back in my days in restaurant, doing that meant losing your job.. just saying! I won't go there since I won't expect anyone to do anything else...
