Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Stony Plain

Traveling from out of town and we decided to order from this location . Placed my order of pizza and wings. I asked for salt and pepper wings which they didn’t have. I then asked for a plain wing and was very specific that it had to have nothing on it. Was assured that they would be plain with absolutely no sauce. Asked the phone attendant if the driver could call when he reach our hotel....no problem. I received a call from the driver and he was in the lobby. When to the lobby and no driver. He called back rudely and asked if I was coming ? Told him I was in the lobby and asked where he was ...he told me the hotel.....wrong one ! I explained to him he was at the wrong hotel and he began calling me a liar and that I entered in the address. I explained that the order was called in and he again called me a lair. Rule # 1 dont call a customer a lair. Finally received my order and the pizza was good wings had bbq sauce. They offered to send a replacement after I explained about the wings and what I wanted. The second order of wings came and bbq sauce again. Called back and then told me that plain wings come with a mild sauce and that’s their plain wings. Sorry that not plain. Last Friday was let down by dominos after in countering probably the most inconsiderate person over the phone . I originally spoke with a wonderful ethnic woman ordering and then there was an issue with the address and a young ethnic man called me . He was incredibly rude and spoke with an attitude from the 3rd sentence, he said he wasn’t sending his driver just anywhere and then literally interrupted me as if there was an issue between us and then arrogantly barked “let me speak”. I was trying to provide him him with a different address and was literally running down the road begging him to bear with me. Apologizing I’m not from the area and am looking for landmarks or streets but was having trouble . In the midst of explaining this he cut me off, so I said I will find another place to order from. And have a good night then hung up. I just wanted some pizza. Not to talked down to by a rude young guy on the phone. Go with Pizza Hut or pizza 73 , I’ve only ever had issues with dominos and it’s like. 4% your gonna get the correct order and if you do there gonn be excessively rude. This location stand out for its prompt and courteous service. Whether ordering in-store, online.the experience is smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly Staff are always polite, attentive, and eager to ensure the customer leaves happy.

Cleanliness is clearly a top priority for Domino’s. From the visible cleanliness of their stores and kitchens to the hygienic packaging and food-handling practices, it’s evident that food safety is taken seriously. I saw their employees wash their hand quite often.

.The ingredients are fresh, the dough is always cooked to perfection, and every bite bursts with flavor. Every time i came into store and i spend 100$-150$ bucks.
