I went there earlier this evening. The lady I initially dealt with was pleasant, she was an "older" lady. But then a younger, pretty lady took over and she was less than pleasant in general. I ordered quite a bit of food and noticed when i got home i was missing the 8pc of dynamite rolls I ordered. I called about it as i live 20 minutes out of town, and going to the store without knowing if id be reimbursed is a waste of time. On the phone it was quite obviously the rude younger lady by the tone of her voice, when I mentioned the order mishap she put me on hold. After more than 5 minutes she returned but the phone was very staticy so I said I'd hang up and call back. I did immediately. I called back about 15 times but it was either busy or no answer. I know an 8pc of sushi doesnt cost much and I don't care about the price, I just am very upset that no matter how i tried i couldn't figure anything out over the phone and it feels as of I was being purposely ignored. Read moreThe food was good as usual, but I'm still not convinced why you go through the process of picking out your order online, fill out the time slot when you want to pick up your food, and when you show up on time you're told it's not ready "and it'll be a few minutes" just to have you wait for another 20!! So here you are INSIDE the place, waiting along with 6-7 other people who, no doubt, have been told the same thing! I thought, as I'm sure the other waiting customers thought too, that your exposure time would be way less by filling out your requested time slot online through the app. So because of this, I won't be going back here any time soon just to wait inside with others who you have no clue if they are infected or not. Read moreMy son picks up 2 bubble teas ordered through app. He gets home and one of them leaked in the bag my son brought to pick up. When I called Edo, my son was able to pick up the bubble tea. When he got there, Asian girl told him that he should be careful to poke the straw. This Asian girl does not know that we pick up bubble teas in Edmonton at Coco. I just thought I would try Edo’s bubble teas. Bad decision on my part. My son did not poke the straws in because he was riding his bike, both paper straws were soaked in the bag unwrapped.
