On a Friday afternoon around 4 PM. They had no chicken and asked me to go park for 20 minutes. When my order came, I left and went home, which is only three minute drive to my house. The fries were cold. The chicken was hot but extremely and I mean extremely greasy so bad that that box that they put it in was falling apart. I am 69 years of age and had a lifetime of eaten KFC and I’ve never seen anything this bad plus whoever was in charge of salt put so much salt on the fries that even we couldn’t eat them. It was overbearing. We tried reheating them, but that never goes well. I do not recommend this KFC. We have noticed that in the last few months we keep getting asked to go park and wait. Never had to do that except for maybe once or twice a year but now it’s every time. We will not be back. I can pick up KFC on the way home from work if I want and if it’s cold well at least I didn’t give (Stony Plain) KFC the business.. I tried phoning in after I’ve gotten home this last time and you cannot get through to anybody. Nobody picks up the phone. More poor service. Read moreHonestly so sad to see this one go down hill. Its been open for a very long time. But these days this has to be the cheapest restaurant I've been to in a long time. They never give you dipping sauce, we have been there many times and always have to remind them that the meal comes with sauce. They then bring you one sauce for mutiple meals, when you say something they huff and puff and get upset and finally give you your sauce, but lie and tell you they only have x many sauces left. (Is 3 sauces really too much to ask for when you buy a bucket of strips of popcorn chicken for 5 people?
They leave out paid items regularly and love to charge you for the larger size while giving you the smaller size. Jokes on me I should have triple checked my order when I ordered a large popcorn chicken, paid $16 bucks and was given a small.
What in the heck is going on here, almost all the employees act like you are disturbing them when you come to order. They actively ignore you here and the customer service is extremely poor
Don't run a fast food restaurant if you are going to actively scam people out of money and treat customers like they are garbage
