I went to this location just before Christmas. First, I had called to place an order, but the man said he couldn’t place an order and actually asked me if I wanted the store number so that I could place it directly. I declined the offer because I was already in the area so, I decide to drive there. When I came in there was a man there with his young son placing an order for take-out. Then it was my turn, I had a flyer with their offers so I showed the young lady what I wanted, she said “I’m sorry, we can’t give you that it’s a misprint.” I asked to speak to the manager because if you have offers out there you need to honor them otherwise it’s false advertising. The woman that came out next informed me that she wasn’t the real manager, but she said she’d allow the offer to be put through, she’d “give it to me” like she was doing me a favour. It’s their job to honor what they put out there not mine, I’m a paying customer! I waited for my $70 order to be ready nearly for 45 minutes! After 30 minutes I asked how much longer it would be and that’s when I found out they had forgotten one pizza, but no one had the decency to let me know. Remember that customer I mentioned earlier? He called in while I was waiting to complain that his order was incomplete and unsatisfactory. Great! Just what I wanted to hear! Of course the cashier forgot to give me my three sauces and a side of marinara sauce too. I had to run back in to ask for it. One more thing, I observed the cashier going back and forth from the front to the back, she would stuff cheese in the crusts until the next customer came then go back to the front. I never saw her wash her hands or use gloves. Lastly, the “I’m not really the manager” manager is the one running the new location is Spruce Grove, she told me that. I won’t be coming back to either locations. I’d give this place a 0 if I could. My friend told me to try the 2 for 1 pizza place on Kingsway so I’ll check them...
Read moreDon't eat here. I ordered two large pizzas, one with extra cheese and what I got was pitiful. Each pizza had cheese on maybe 50% of the pie and was dry as could be.
I live out of town and called the location back, through the customer service line, who told me the pizza would be replaced and delivered, free of charge. I spoke to the manager at the location and she was cold, telling me that the pizza could be replaced or I could recieve store credit; I told her I preferred a refund because i didnt want to eat at their store but she flatly told me "It's replacement or store credit". Not only this, but there was no option for delivery, despite that they're a delivery location. She also told me that I was to bring the pizzas back to the store.
I chose to drive the 15 min back to the store and replace my pizzas. The worker at the desk went to get the manager from the back and she declined to come out and discuss the issue, she just sent the young worker back. In my opinion, my pizzas should have been comped, or I should have been offered something in exchange for the 30 extra minutes of driving that I had to do because of this locations poor quality.
I'll never eat here again and neither should you. We all work hard for our money and deserve, not any special treatment, but just the quality that is expected from a chain as large and successful...
Read moreI find the pizza to be pretty good, but the other issues are humorous, and frustrating.
3 times in a row, over the space of a few weeks to a month, I ordered a can ou cans of Mountain Dew. Each time I'd get a call tryingt me they were out. I'm pretty sure they just don't order it.
Tonight the delivery driver arrived. I had inadvertently missed his doorbell ringing and knocking the first time. I don't know how long he was there for before I heard him. He began to passive aggressively ask if I was sleeping, if my doorbell worked, and if I had heard it.
When the transaction was done be handed me my pizza, but not my root beer (I wanted Mountain Dew but didn't order it due to the previous issues.) He said he'd run and get it for me, and that it wasn't on his slip.
The store is literally 6 minutes away. I waited 30 min before I called asking if he'd be back, and I was assured he would be.
It's now been 50 minutes. He just showed up. I finished eating awhile ago. Awesome.
"I told her to throw a free pop on there for you too."
Thanks buddy, there isn't going to be...
