On Sunday, November 17th, I visited the Stratford Booster Juice location. Immediately upon entering the store, I was made to feel unwelcome, as if I were interrupting something that the female employee would rather have been doing. As I began to order, the employee was short and twice cut me off before I was finished ordering and later became argumentative about the items available as a part of the order, and made me feel that not only was I a bother, but that I was unintelligent, and should have known better than to ask for something that I had been provided by other staff members over the long course of my support of this location. She even stated , I don’t know who would allow this “ She then continued to be rude, and disrespectful, suggesting that in spite of the location being completely empty of patrons besides myself, that I should, in the future, consider ordering ahead to make it easier on the staff. I left with my items, but also with a feeling of disrespect that transformed into anger in the hours that followed. I was truly shocked and disappointed by the service I received, and in the moment couldn’t truly comprehend just how inappropriate and unwelcome the treatment was. As time has passed, I felt compelled to reach out and share my experience. I know that business owners need this kind of feedback in order to help address these concerns, but also to help ensure that staff training or support can be implemented so that this remains an isolated incident. It is my hope that this incident is isolated, and I am willing to consider returning to the location at a later date, but do so with some trepidation. Read moreGreat store and great product but when visiting the store this evening the employee was extremely rude. Walked in with no greeting but a big old “what do you want”. I started to recite my order with modifications and she cut me off and said “yeah so anything else?” I felt not only uncomfortable but disregarded on what I wanted. I would go back but if I seen Mandy working I would walk right back out.
