Worst experience i’ve ever had at a mcdonald’s. I ordered through the kiosk like i normally do, got my order number and then waited for it to be ready. i got a caramel ice coffee, hash browns and hotcakes. my order number was called by a young girl and i was given my food. i looked in the bag and saw no straw as the girl didn’t give me one and just turned around. no “have a nice day” “enjoy your food”. nothing. i then asked for a straw which i was basically thrown a straw at since it was just barely underneath the counter where they set the food waiting for other stuff. i work at a restaurant and if a customer reached over our counter to get a straw i would be like wtf no don’t do that. so as someone who works with food, i asked politely for a straw for my beverage that cannot be drank any other way than with a straw. I have always had good experiences at ontario street mcdonald’s, but after today, with a worker being so rude for no reason. i will not be returning m since clearly their customer service is higher priority. if i could give 0 stars, this would be a 0 star...
Read moreI've been here many, many times because I used to work in the plaza next door. I've ordered many coffees and I'd say at least 60% of the time they were made wrong, and at least 25% of the time they just didn't add any sugar.
But the worst thing I've experienced happened just 2 days ago. My fiancée ordered a McFlurry, and after about 15 minutes, she still hadn't been called to the counter. She went up to see what was taking so long, and they made her one a few minutes later and we left.
In the car, we both tried the Mcflurry, and so did a friend of mine. All of our mouths went numb when we tried a bite, and it didn't taste quite right.
After doing some research, it seems to us that there was CLEANING FLUID in the ice cream. I found multiple articles of people having similar symptoms with numbness and the cause being cleaning fluid.

Read moreWent through the drive-thru at approx 3:30am this morning. Ordered a wrap combo. I was told they are not allowed to sell wraps overnight. I told him I had one 3 days ago at the same time. He said it wasn't him that sold it and I replied that no it was a young gent in glasses. I told him that it appears whenever he is on duty there is menu item problems and that I would contact his store to find out why. He just then said okay if you can wait 10 mins he could make the order. I told him I could not wait. I ordered a large coffee which I had to wait for him to brew!!! Never have a problem with any other staff but this fellow.
Spoke to a manager at 9:45am and she assured me that ALL menu items are available. She talked me into giving them another chance. I go back at 3:20am today and new staff there and was told NO WRAPS lol. I ask what the reason is today. She says...
