McDonald's — Restaurant in Stratford

So I'm going to start off this story by basically stating that I had no intentions of writing this review, because I always felt that if you just called the store and you explained to them, things can be resolved a whole lot easier. But since that's not the case here it is, I ordered four muffins, two blueberries, two chocolate chip muffins. Headed to work and then around 11:00 I stick my hand in the bag pull out a muffin and I'm about to take a bite into it when I smell something that I am highly allergic to. AKA bananas, it seems that when I asked for chocolate chip muffins they decided to give me chocolate chip banana muffins. I don't understand why you would go ahead and give someone something that they didn't ask for, because at the end of the day you've now supplied me with something that could have put me in the hospital. Then I attempted to call the store about four times because I work overnights, but apparently now they don't answer their phones. So that's why I now leave this review. You should serve people what they asked for, and if you don't understand you should ask questions. Because I could have went ahead and ate that muffin, and then ended up in the hospital due to anaphylactic shock due to the fact that I don't walk around with an EpiPen. Mainly because banana is a very easy thing to identify very pungent smell. But now that my blueberry muffins were thrown into the same bag as these banana chocolate chip, I don't get any muffins at all. So one star is what...

The staff has been very rude the past 3 visits on Erie St the last 2 months (Ontario St is wonderful, so I’ll drive across town from now on) Order messed up each time.

I’m a very easy going, polite, happy person, but the young teenage employee at the drive thru physically had his head out of the window and yelled with their finger waving at me regarding a coupon that was valid, but he wouldn’t honour it. I was so embarrassed because the people behind me in the drive thru could see him yelling at me so I canceled my order and left. I was mortified. All I wanted was one meal for myself.

Thought I’d give this place another try today as maybe that employee just had a bad day, but this time we received no pickles on both our Big Macs and the nugget sauce I paid extra for was not included. No receipt given with any of my orders either. Staff seem unhappy working here. No smiles, awful service, slow and food is cold. I never write reviews, but frustrated with my experiences at this McDonald’s. I think this place needs an overhaul with the staff...

I have never been treated as rudely as I was today, I was so shocked that I couldn’t find words in the moment. I asked for a sandwich no meat with a secondary item, the car ahead of me was charged for my order. I advised the woman at the first window that it was the incorrect total. She was very nice and told me she would explain to the other window what mistake she made.When I got to the second window they had forgotten my second item and the the woman at the window told me they didn’t hear me. I told her it was on the screen but the other car was charged for my order. She was visibly annoyed was waving her hand at me and rolling her eyes, tried to blame the mistake on me. She grabbed the sandwich back out of my hand and went to the kitchen and asked for it without meat. As I was driving away I heard her say “stupid idiots” - likely referring to her peers which was just mean and unprofessional. My sandwich STILL had meat on it. This should absolutely be addressed with the employee , I was appalled by her behaviour and her comments...
