Every visit is a surprise-you might get what you ordered, or you might get a cold fish sandwich when you asked for a hot cheeseburger. The suspense is half the fun! The speed? Oh, it's fast-if you're a tree. I've watched seasons change in the drive-thru. Friendly in a way that says, "I'm just as confused to be here as you are." They hand you your bag with a confident smile, as if to say, "This might be food.

Went there a couple days ago, was helped by a supervisor there, very tall guy I think his name was Keny or Ken. I had brought my mother inside to eat for breakfast and she is very old of age and fragile. After I had ordered our food, he kindly offered to bring it out for us without hesitation and even opened the front door for me so I could help lead my mother outside. Thats the kind of service I love to see at places like this especially with everything going on right now it makes me want to comeback every time I stop by Strathmore!, I hope Management reads this and can give my kind regards to the gentlemen...

I am very disappointed, I went in and asked about the mozza burger price, which was 2 for $11. I ordered them and paid for my order, and when I looked at the receipt, I realized I was charged $16 for them. I called in, and I'm not from the area and asked about being billed $16 and not $11. I was told the $11 price was if you order through the app. If I had been told this when I first asked about it, I could have easily ordered it from the app.

Perhaps the staff at the till taking orders need to be trained properly prior to putting them...
