I will start by saying I don’t recall having a bad experience here in the past which is why I'm not giving 1 star based on this specific experience. I went through the drive through and didn’t have my wallet. I asked the girl working the drive through to wait to assemble my burger until I got back assuming they would leave the patty in a warmer. I didn’t want a cold or soggy burger, and wouldn’t expect them to throw the food out and remake it when I was the one that forgot my wallet. When I came back the younger manager told me I could have a seat and they would bring it over. I asked if had already be made and she said no, and that I’ve been sitting all day so I would just wait there. I waited for probably 2 minutes, if that, and a different girl brought me my burger. Since I was standing at the counter and nobody made it while I waited, I asked if her if it was made and sitting back there and she said yes (younger lady with the nose ring, thank you for being honest!) I left annoyed and had to go back in because they didn’t give me my drink. I spoke to the other manager, I wasn’t about to talk to the manager who was the first one to lie to me. She said they should have remade it, and that she would follow up. While that is something she should do there wasn’t a sorry or offer to remake it.
I’m sure I will be back, but being lied to isn’t appreciate especially after it was very clear that I wanted them to wait to assemble my food when I came back. By the time I got home it had been 30 minutes since I placed my order so you can imagine how enjoyable...

Even though there was a line behind us, he patiently took our order and made us feel like we deserved to be there as much as anyone else. Not only did they not have enough wings (at a chicken place - swiss chalet is served here) but the wings I did get were raw and could have made me seriously sick. When I asked to see the manager I was basically told no and then I was told that they have no more wings so they couldn't give me more.
