Hinome Sushi — Restaurant in Strathroy-Caradoc

Its truly a hidden gem. I just randomly decided to come to Strathroy and pulled into the parking lot luckily spotting it. I ordered the green dragon roll. Wow! Amazing, they are not chincy with the avacado! The sushi chef is really really talented I hope that people tell him that! We will definitely come back! It's also very quiet and they don't play silly music that some customers do not like. It didn't feel like it was made fast. He really pays attention to detail. In addition, the server was really friendly and the washrooms were spotless. I wish I could give them a 6/5 but it doesn't allow me. Also, nice posters on the wall! The cat art is really cute...

We visited Hinome Sushi, opened by my favorite sushi chef from London. Today, we enjoyed rolls, sushi, and noodle with soup. The chef, with extensive experience in Japanese cuisine, brings a distinct flavor, and we can always feel the use of high-quality ingredients. The place may not be flashy, but the chef consistently cooks with top-notch ingredients, personally preparing everything from fried dishes to sashimi. It is fresh and good tasting with good ingredients and they don't cut corners. Miso soup is DELICIOUS. Seasoned well.

VERY small portions for expensive pricing. They assume you are ordering ahead and coming back to pick up and were surprised that I asked for it now.
