I’m not sure how it’s possible for this location to be as painfully slow and disorganized as they are, yet they continue to surprise me every single time. I have yet to have an order ready to be picked up anywhere close to the time I’ve been told. Ordering online and relying on the tracker continues to prove itself useless as they either don’t update it at all, or it says it’s ready long before it really is. I have a problem with the delivery services. These guys pay to use. It’s cool if you don’t have in-store delivery but when you’re sending other peoples food out with a complete stranger to have it delivered to them, the least you guys can do is put stickers on the boxes to keep the boxes closed so no one puts their fingers in the pizza like I had happened to me tonight, I go to serve pizza my children and there’s handprints from my delivery driver in the pizza it’s nasty not to mention, I almost paid $50 for delivery and that happens with no...

With the online ordering process I made an error and every time I called the store to deal with the supervisor or manager and customer service people were very understanding.
