WORST McDonald’s ever. My husband and I ordered 2 meals and when we got the the window they only gave us 1 fry. We told them that we had ordered two, and the girl rudely tells us we are wrong. We told her we both ordered meals with fries and drinks, and she was so sassy I wanted to throw my sandwich in her face. She acted like we were trying to steal. And here’s the best part… my husband ordered the spicy chicken sandwich… and they put HOT SAUCE on my breakfast sandwich?! I am 40 weeks pregnant and nearly puked because of heartburn from one bite. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. RUDE STAFF AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. Will not be returning 😤

Update May 2024 Service is fast and friendly, food is always made well and quickly. Good job. ------------- No issues with the restaurant itself, the food has always been good and the staff friendly.. my issue is that I waited in the drive through, placed an an order for 2 items using mobile apps, told them that when I ordered, then got to the window to pay and they would only let me order one of the items. So I cancelled the order, but wasted my time.

I love this location the most!! Kerri, Jordan, and the team always have a smile on their face and a pep in their step first thing in the morning. They take time to remember names and orders as I frequently hear them call customers by name walking through the door and starting their order before they even get to the counter. Service with a smile would be an understatement for this McDonalds.

I usually go to McDonald's in the morning for the coffee/muffin deal. Plus, saving the stickers for free coffee is a bonus.

On my last visit, I was treated very poorly by one of the employees and I did not appreciate the sarcasm pouring out of this employee. The service is sad to say the least. Have to always ask for my receipt, as I like to complete the online survey only to let them know how poor the service is .

Not sure how the service is for everyone else, but I am not pleased. You are probably thinking then why go there. I did try other fast food establishments for morning coffee and muffin but McDonald's has the best deal. And I like the coffee better. So on a better note, I guess I will have to go to McDonald's for my morning...

McDonald's has went far down in service. I asked for a jr. Cheeseburger dressed like a Mac, & there was more sauce than burger. The next time I ordered a Sunday. They over did the amount of fudge & caramel & forgot the nuts I Paid for. Just yesterday, I ordered 3 medium fries, it was ALMOST $11.00 Ridiculous!!! And What happened to Ronald, hamburglar or any of the other characters that made McDonald's unique & special for kids? Bring IT BACK!!! I got a lousy 60 day coupon for a free jr. cheeseburger dressed like a Mac. You put Me OFF your food. It's going to take a while to want to try a burger again. By than, the coupon will have EXPIRED!!! Thank's for NOTHING McDonald's!!! YOU SUCK!!!! Greedy owner in the East End...

Good location, has drive-through, order in and take out, order kiosks inside, and mobile order. Service here is usually fast and with ample parking and two entrances from the road with a convenient not main road exit toward the back. Drive-through is almost always busy (but pretty fast) with its own exit.

Nothing to do with the location itself but when using mobile order be advised that on the app it will still give you the option to grab your order at the front counter after the lobby itself is closed and you will not be able to grab your food. If you go to the drive-through though (which is open longer) they can usually...
