Customer service was terrible. The employee wasn't paying enough attention when we were ordering and got our order wrong and we noticed while it was being made so we asked her about it and she wouldn’t fix it, her solution was for us to order another one at full price. Because she said she wasn't paying attention and “forgot”. She was not helpful and had no intention of rectifying the mistake she made at all, nor did she even apologize for her mistake. Also me and my husband both ordered the same size and they looked totally different. I could have spent the same money and got a bunch of pizza next door at little ceasers. The quality of pita pit has gone down so much :( used to be my favorite spot, but everytime I go it just seems to get worse. Cashier handled food with the same gloves she used for the cash register. They were out of almost all the veggies and what was out just didn’t look fresh at all. Hoping there will be some changes as I would love to continue...
