88 Jalebi Junction — Restaurant in Surrey

If I had an option to give negative stars I'd do that. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this is an awful place. Here is an overview of what we ordered: 2 plate gol gappe - it had no taste, no salt, no spice but we did not complain 1 papdi Chaat - this was bad, one of the chutneys probably went bad or was super stale.. when informed them, they just said it cannot be and that no one complained, I was like at least try to taste check your ingredients before being in denial. After a long argument, they returned $8 - they clearly don't care about their customers 1 noodles- it was overloaded with vinegar.. we just threw it in the dustbin as we did not want to get sick or get into any argument any further 2 samosas - well samosas were kinda fresh but no salt, no masala.. Jalebi - that was crispy and ok..

Overall a waste of hard earned money. I would not recommend this place to anyone after the disappointing 1st experience we had with them. Zero customer...

My recent experience at 88 Jalebi Junction was unfortunately far from satisfactory. The poor customer service I encountered left me with a negative impression of the establishment. Upon arrival, we found the restaurant to be open and ready to serve customers. However, when we attempted to place our order, we were abruptly informed by a staff member that they were closing and could not take our order, despite the fact that they still had 30 minutes of operating time remaining.

The customer service provided during this encounter was disheartening. The staff member who attended to us exhibited a rude and dismissive attitude. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was evident, and it left us feeling unwelcome and unappreciated as customers.

I wish if i could give a negative review. Went there to eat chole bhature but decided to order a noodle manchurian combo as well. Biggest mistake. After coming home(kelowna) i opened the parcel and this came out, not even half of the quantity and awfully taste. After giving them the call the staff started to pass the call to one to other. And finally gave me the contact of the phone number expecting someone to be so available to call your owner tomorrow and explain the whole situation again, seriously. The chole bhature was totally different in taste what i had before. I was about to make a complaint to the health department to teach these guys a lesson as they have a million violations too but decided not too as dont wanna ruin someone’s business entirely.
