This location is consistently understaffed and the wait for service is unacceptable. The staff speak little or no English as well. I would just avoid this location unless you enjoy waiting and subpar service. Update: So I had pre ordered my sub using the app. I ordered a cold cut combo with all the toppings and 4 different sauces. The picture shows the pathetic sub I received. Unfortunately, I was home already and it was too to late for me to go back to the location for a refund. This is THE most pathetic sub I’ve ever seen. Where are half of the toppings? Where’s the sauce? I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. You’re better off going to McDonald’s. I’m willing to wager management doesn’t even check their reviews. Tomorrow I’m complaining to their head office about this location unless management is willing to make this better.

Update: it seems the quality of the subs depends on the staff working. There is no consistency in the accuracy of the orders. I order the same sandwich every week over the app. On Saturday at 12:10am I came in to pick up my order as usual and noticed there was a different girl working who looked absolutely miserable. Right away I knew my cold cut sub was going to be crappy. But, I tried to be positive and hoped for the best. When went enjoy my sub at home, I noticed some of the vegetables I was looking forward to were missing. And most of the sauces missing. It was a flat bland tasteless sub. Read moreI recently visited Subway and witnessed an unfortunate incident that left a negative impression. There was a customer ahead of us, a Punjabi gentleman who seemed unfamiliar with the Subway menu and struggled with understanding options as he wanted chicken subway like bread, salad and sauces. The employee assisting him, whose name was Shameen i guess, was also Punjabi, yet her attitude towards him was quite rude and unhelpful.
Given that there is a Punjabi menu bar code available for scanning at the counter, it would make sense to offer assistance in Punjabi to those who are not comfortable with English. This would ensure customers receive the best service possible and understand their options clearly.
Additionally, the customer specifically mentioned he did not want beef, but Shameen incorrectly told him that bacon is beef, which is not true. This misinformation further added to the confusion and frustration.
On a positive note, another employee named Neha was present and seemed very nice to every customer. She was quiet but attentive, providing a welcoming presence in contrast to the earlier interaction.
Overall, the customer service we observed was very disappointing, though Neha’s demeanor was a highlight. Subway could benefit from training their staff to be more patient and accommodating, especially in helping customers who may face language barriers. I visited this location and asked for veggie patty footlong, the girl named 'HARLEEN' was putting extra chesse , even i didn't asked for extra, she replied ' veggie patty comes with extra chesse' i said ' i don't want extra'. She toasted the sandwitch , during veggies, the condition of lettuce was awful, all wet. I asked for crispy onions, she said its 50 cent extra..... really girl?? M working at subway as well. There is no policy or option in the till for extra crispy onion charges. As expected, she punched big veggie, which comes with extra chesse , instead of regular veggie patty, it was around 18.15 dollar something , i checked and asked for refund, the regular price was 16.79 dollr. Seriously girl?? Who trained you?? What is the manager and owner of your location doing. Are they training the employees to overcharge and make money, by serving bad quality food to the customers and charging extra , if its around 2 dollr extra from me for no reason, how many people.
