WORSTTTTTTTT COSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! i changed my phone number so i of course changed it on the order to cause i always order online. i noticed that on the app it said my pizza was DELIVERED....but it wasn't delivered to me sooooo i called telling them the situation and this awful lady answered the phone and said it was my fault because the driver was calling my old number and i told her to look at the order on her computer it says my NEW number ! so than she changed up her story and said it was because I didn't CALL her to tell them at the store. i was appalled by this answer she gave me, instead of making it right by a lousy apology saying they will maybe give me a discount or maybe a coupon or hell I'll just take a NEW pizza because at this point its been over 1 and a half hours since i placed the order. NOPE instead she said it was my fault and that my pizza will be delivered now even though its been sitting around for 1 hour and a half plus the time it will take for them to bring it.. ew. I simply told the woman how i felt about the this problem and she HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i called back multiple times to see why she hung up and what was going on and she kept answering and hanging up!!! …...………….

Read moreCame home from a long work day, ordered dinner from this location as I frequently do - when the driver showed up his machine wouldn’t connect to his 3G network to complete a transaction. We tried 4 or 5 times - he even asked me to try and give him the machine after I hit ok so he could run to the street and shake his debit machine like a maniac. Still no dice. He insisted scotia debit cards don’t work on their machines (i frequently but from this location and always use my debit card - my card was not the issue.) He repeatedly asked me if I could get cash out instead - no way in hell I was going to walk from home to an atm , just to pay service fees to take out my own money and give him it. After about ten minutes I got fed up and went inside and called the manager and he left. (when I asked him for the managers name he gave me a false one, luckily it was online!) The manager said after he did 3 other deliveries he would return with a new machine. By this time my food was already made over an hour ago. He returned later in with the same machine and insisted my card is garbage so I ordered Pizza Hut (and paid with my debit card!) Read moreI am giving this location a 5 star rating today thanks to the amazing customer service I received from their manager as well as our favorite delivery driver. We had our app hacked and a large order placed under our account and delivered one night. With confusion of the situation, the deliver driver and I looked to see what was going on and discovered the unfortunate events. I could not let him leave with perfectly good food so we chose to buy it. He was great in calling the on duty supervisor and asking for a discount since we were providing some revenue for the order, and a mediocre amount was given. When I had a chance to review everything I had discovered it wasn't really a discount as an item was actually missing from the order. So I reached out via email and had the Manager call me on the first business day. He listened to the predicament and what we had done, and was so great and gave us a complimentary order that surpassed our expectations. We only order from Domino's because they are always nice and the delivery drivers are great. Our pizza's arrive in a timely manor and taste great. And now with this situation they have given us more of a reason to stick with them! Thank you Domino's...
