My one star rating of this particular Freshslice Pizza which is located at 10252 City Parkway in Surrey BC, which is right across from the Bus-Loop, and the old entrance to the Surrey Central Skytrain. The reason for my poor rating is based on numerous personal experiences, as well as what my own personal opinions are based on observations of other patrons experiences. I understand, and am empathetic to the taxing nature that this location could have as it deals with alot of individuals who suffer from homelessness, Mental Health issues, and or addiction and it must be heartbreaking as well as frustrating at the same time. From my numerous interactions with the 4, 5 or 6 different employees that I seem to deal with on a consistent basis, that they no longer see patrons as the individual people they are, and are so completely robotic in their interactions. They don't smile at you, say Welcome, Thank You for coming, or have a nice day. Frankly the staff I have encountered (one was female manager) were & continue to be rude to most patrons. They do however talk and share laughter amongst themselves, as well as when people they know personally come into the Restaurant. That is the only time that I have had the pleasure of seeing them smile, seeing any sort of joy & happiness on their faces, and the only time I've had the pleasure of seeing such joyful animation as they shared conversations and genuine laughter amongst themselves. It would be great if they showed even ¼ of that amount of joy to the patrons of Freshslice as they did while hanging out and socializing with their friends & family...

Dear Freshslice team,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding an incident that occurred at your establishment on January 1, 2025. As a regular patron who has frequented your location consistently for over two years, I was deeply disappointed by the treatment I received from one of your employees.
At the stated time, while waiting for a friend to join me, I requested permission to use the restroom. The employee, identified as Hardeep, denied my request, stating that the restroom was only available to customers and that this policy was mandated by her manager. Despite my polite reiteration of the request and highlighting my history as a regular customer, she refused to accommodate me.
This experience left me feeling both upset and undervalued, particularly given my loyalty to your establishment. Denying basic amenities such as restroom access to a long-term customer is not only disheartening but also contrary to the standards of hospitality expected from a business of your reputation.
I kindly request the management to review this matter and address the inappropriate handling of the situation. I trust that steps will be taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future and that loyal customers are treated with the respect and consideration they deserve.

Read moreThe one star I have given is just because A- I didn't have 0 star option. B- I literally like butterchicken and veggie pizza of Freshslice among all the chains including this one. But when it comes to marketing of any product, even if it is a pizza, I believe in customer satisfaction. But the STAFF, I have no words now. Staff is really really really really RUDE to me. And I have the reasons. I ask them for scanning my phone with your computer so that it synchronize with my profile and I get some points, or maybe when I redeem my promotions from the app. But the STAFF, again, is rude. Many times they give me random excuses, especially the big lady over there and a big man.
And they don't clean the washroom many times. The washroom is just for customers according to them so everyone has to buy something in terms of using washroom. Even if that's okay, they should have to clean the washroom so that a customer who is buying something just for the sake of peeing anf using the washroom for just 20 seconds (handwash included), the washroom MUST BE CLEANED. I wish I could apply my customer satisfaction techniques over there but I cannot unfortunately. Because, again, they are rude. They dont listen if I try to initiate a normal conversation as well.
